How to use stainless steel high-pressure reactor

2024-11-22 17:05:10

Stainless steel high-pressure reactors are commonly used in reaction processes in fields such as chemistry, food, and pharmaceuticals. Capable of withstanding high pressure and temperature, with the characteristics of corrosion resistance, safety and reliability. Here is the usage method of stainless steel high-pressure reactor:

1. Safety check: Before use, a safety check must be conducted first. Check if the interface and seal are intact, ensuring that all valves and pipelines are securely fastened. At the same time, check whether the pressure gauge, thermometer and other instruments on the kettle body are accurate and reliable.

2. Preparation for operation: Prepare the substances that need to be reacted, weigh them according to the experimental formula, and place them in the reaction kettle. At the same time, add the required reagents and solvents as needed. Before operation, it is necessary to prepare the necessary tools such as mixers, temperature controllers, etc.

3. Sealed kettle body: Place the lid of the reaction kettle on the kettle body to ensure complete sealing between the lid and the kettle body. As needed, bolts or clamping devices can be used to secure the lid to the kettle body.

4. Adjust parameters: Set appropriate temperature and pressure according to the needs of the reaction. Use temperature and pressure controllers to adjust the temperature and pressure of the reaction vessel to the set values. Adjust the stirring speed as needed.

5. Start reaction: After confirming that everything is ready, the reaction can be started. Turn on the heater or cooler and start heating or cooling the reaction vessel. According to the needs of the reaction process, the reaction kettle can be stirred periodically to ensure the uniformity and effectiveness of the reaction.

6. Monitoring reaction: During the reaction process, it is necessary to constantly monitor the temperature and pressure changes of the reaction vessel and adjust them in a timely manner. At the same time, sampling analysis is conducted according to the reaction needs to check the progress of the reaction and product quality.

7. Reaction completion: When the reaction reaches the expected time or reaches the conditions for reaction completion, heating or cooling can be stopped and the stirrer can be turned off. After waiting for the reaction vessel to cool to a safe temperature, the lid of the reaction vessel can be opened to remove the reaction product.

8. Cleaning and maintenance: Clean and maintain the stainless steel high-pressure reactor in a timely manner after use. When cleaning, it is important to use appropriate cleaning agents and techniques to prevent corrosion and contamination. In addition, regularly check the sealing performance and working condition of the reaction kettle, and promptly maintain and replace damaged components.
