Maintenance of High Pressure Reactor
Regular maintenance of high-pressure reaction vessels can effectively extend their service life. Today, the editor will introduce specific maintenance methods for everyone.
1. Strictly follow the regulations on cooling, oil injection, and other aspects in the product manual, and do a good job in equipment maintenance and upkeep.
2. The high-pressure reactor should be operated strictly according to the working pressure and temperature specified on the product nameplate to avoid danger.
3. When using all valves of the high-pressure reactor, the valve stem (needle) should be slowly rotated to press the sealing surface tightly to achieve a sealing effect. Do not apply too much force when closing to avoid damaging the sealing surface.
4. It should be installed on a sturdy and flat workbench, and the height of the workbench should be determined according to usage. There must be some space around the equipment and workbench for installation and later maintenance.
5. The electrical control instruments of the high-pressure reactor should be operated by a dedicated person and overload protection facilities should be installed according to regulations.
6. During installation, it is required that the transmission shaft be perpendicular to the ground level, and the non perpendicularity inclination should not exceed 1/1000 of the total height of the equipment.
7. The high-pressure reactor equipment itself must be equipped with self-contained parts on each process connection, including the reactor safety valve, according to the requirements of the reactor.
8. After installation, it is necessary to check the firmness and reliability of each connecting component and transmission part. The connecting pipes, pipe openings, seals, and the whole machine should be tested for airtightness, and there should be no bubbles, emissions, drops, or leaks.
9. During selection, the slurry type and baffle conditions are determined according to the mixing purpose and flow state. The flow state is determined by the viscosity of the mixing medium. Its usage conditions are quite specific, including not only the slurry type and stirring purpose, but also the viscosity range of the propulsion medium, the stirring speed range, and the capacity range of the kettle. The proposed selection table is also based on the purpose of mixing and the flow state during mixing. Its advantage is that it divides the range of slurry types according to the characteristics of different mixing processes, making the selection more specific.
10. Before starting up the high-pressure reactor, inject mechanical oil into the reducer, open the motor protective cover, and manually rotate the fan blades to check for any jamming or looseness. Check for any scraping of the high-pressure reactor stirring blade, and clean the dirt inside the reactor before starting up. The empty vehicle can only be put into production after running for 30 minutes without significant noise or vibration.
