Description

The coil heater is a type of heat exchanger developed based on the introduction and absorption of international heat exchange products from the 1980s. This product is novel, easy to assemble, easy to maintain, and has good performance.

Suspended Floating Coil Structure

The heating element of this exchanger adopts a suspended floating coil structure. During the heating process, due to the centrifugal force of steam inside the coil, the coil bundle generates high-frequency vibration, which destroys laminar heat transfer and generates high heat transfer capacity. The heat transfer coefficient K is ≥ 3000W/m²℃.

Automatic Descaling Characteristic

Due to the cantilever free end of the coil, it expands and shrinks freely, generating high-frequency vibration, causing alkaline attachments to automatically leave the pipe wall, forming an automatic descaling characteristic.

Structural Features

The coil heater is also a boiler feedwater heating device. This heater replaces the bulky high-pressure water chamber and tube plate in the original "tubular" or "U-shaped tubular" heaters with two main pipes, greatly facilitating manufacturing and maintenance work, and reducing leakage points. In addition, due to the same material and small difference in wall thickness between the riser and heat exchange tube, their welding performance is significantly better than other types. In addition, the spiral tube has good elasticity and does not generate temperature difference stress, so the possibility of heat exchange tube joints cracking will be much lower than other types of heaters.

Due to the use of spiral tubes in the heat exchange tube, the high-pressure water inside the tube is always in a turbulent state without a stagnation layer. Therefore, its heat transfer efficiency is significantly higher than other types, and its efficiency can be improved by 10% compared to the "U-shaped tube" high-pressure heater. In addition, high-pressure water in turbulent state is less prone to scaling on the pipe wall, reducing thermal resistance and cleaning workload, which can extend the service life of the equipment and greatly improve the economic benefits of the user.

Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ)

What is the heat transfer coefficient of the coil heater?
The coil heater features a suspended floating coil structure that generates high-frequency vibration, destroying laminar heat transfer. This allows it to achieve a high heat transfer coefficient K of ≥ 3000W/m²℃.
How does the automatic descaling function work?
The cantilever free end of the coil expands and contracts freely. This movement generates high-frequency vibrations that cause alkaline attachments and scale to automatically detach from the pipe walls.
What are the structural advantages of the coil heater over traditional U-shaped heaters?
It replaces the bulky high-pressure water chamber and tube plate with two main pipes, which simplifies manufacturing and maintenance while reducing potential leakage points.
Why does the coil heater have a lower risk of cracking?
The spiral tube has excellent elasticity and does not generate temperature difference stress. Consequently, the possibility of heat exchange tube joints cracking is significantly lower than in other heater types.
How much does the spiral tube design improve efficiency?
By keeping the high-pressure water in a constant turbulent state without a stagnation layer, the heat transfer efficiency is improved by 10% compared to traditional U-shaped tube high-pressure heaters.
