China Fermentation Tank Suppliers - Standard Jacketed & Vertical Pipe Designs by Factory for Chemical Industry

Our factory in China specializes in designing high-quality fermentation tanks. The tanks are constructed in a standard type, featuring a jacket system for cooling or heating when the nominal volume is below 6MFor larger capacities exceeding 6M3, we utilize a vertical exhaust pipe for effective cooling of fermentation gases. As trusted suppliers in the industry, we ensure that our fermentation tanks meet the highest standards of performance and efficiency, making them ideal for various applications

Description
The fermentation tank designed by our factory is a standard tank type, which adopts a jacket type when the nominal volume is below 6M3. The cooling or heating of fermentation gas is completed by a jacket. When the nominal volume is above 6M3, the cooling of the fermentation gas is carried out by a vertical exhaust pipe. We have made improvements in the connection of the exhaust pipes inside the tank. This mainly avoids opening more holes on the tank body and creating blind spots. This continuous method has achieved satisfactory results in practical use.
The types of fermentation equipment tanks can be divided into two categories: one is the cone type for anaerobic fermentation (such as alcohol fermentation), and the other is the tank type for anaerobic fermentation (such as standard, Wu type, self suction type, etc.). This type of equipment is particularly commonly used in standard tank types. The drawing materials of the fermentation tank series designed by our factory belong to the standard tank type.
Ensure a tight design structure, sufficient strength and service life, with minimal internal accessories and a smooth surface.
Good gas to gas contact and gas to solid mixing performance, enabling effective material transfer and gas exchange.
Optimal heat exchange area that allows fermentation to take place at an appropriate temperature.
High sealing performance of the equipment to ensure reliable sterilization operations.

Frequently Asked Questions
What type of fermentation tanks does your factory design?
Our factory designs standard tank types. For nominal volumes below 6M3, we utilize a jacket type design. For nominal volumes above 6M3, cooling is managed via a vertical exhaust pipe.
What improvements have been made to the exhaust pipes in the tanks?
We have improved the connection of the exhaust pipes inside the tank. This avoids opening extra holes on the tank body and eliminates blind spots, achieving highly satisfactory results in practical applications.
How are fermentation equipment tanks categorized?
They are divided into two main categories: cone type tanks for anaerobic fermentation (such as alcohol fermentation) and standard tank types for anaerobic fermentation (including standard, Wu type, and self-suction types).
What are the key design requirements for these fermentation tanks?
Design requirements focus on ensuring a tight structure, sufficient strength, long service life, minimal internal accessories, a smooth surface, excellent gas-to-gas and gas-to-solid mixing, an adequate heat exchange area, and reliable sealing for sterilization.
What is the heat exchange area and motor power for a 50M³ tank?
According to our specifications, a 50M³ nominal volume tank features a heat exchange area of 58 M² and requires a motor power range of 55-90 KW.
