China Stainless Seed Tank Suppliers for Biochemical Fermentation - Quality Tanks from Our Factory
Description
Our factory produces two types of seed tanks: carbon steel and stainless steel. Mainly used for biochemical fermentation production, such as producing monosodium glutamate, citric acid, enzyme preparations, glycerol, pharmaceuticals, food and other industries. The specification parameters are shown in the table below.
Note: There are jacket type, inner coil tube type, and outer ring tube type for cooling and heating, available for users to choose.
Heating Method
The cooling and heating forms include jacket type, inner coil tube type, and outer ring tube type, available for users to choose from.
Structure & Operation Rules
The steam pressure used in this equipment shall not exceed the nuclear rated working pressure.
When intake, the intake valve should be slowly opened until pressure is required. A drain should be installed outside the condensate outlet.
The safety valve can be adjusted according to the user's own steam pressure. Excessive use is not allowed.
During use, it is important to regularly pay attention to changes in steam pressure and adjust the intake valve in a timely manner.
After discontinuing use, be sure to drain any remaining water inside the jacket.
After each use, clean the inside of the tank and keep it clean.
Application
Mainly used for mother liquor fermentation, brewing, and fungal support, which means it can be used for heating, insulation, and cooling. Its varieties mainly include carbon steel and stainless steel.
The structural characteristics of a seed jar mainly include the following:
Its main body mainly includes the tank body, support legs, etc. The inner liner of the tank body is generally polished to lubricate its inner wall.
The insulation layer is made of glass asbestos to provide good insulation.
The agitator and lid of the pot are sealed with mechanical seals to provide outstanding sealing performance.

Frequently Asked Questions
Our factory produces seed tanks using carbon steel and stainless steel to meet different industrial and biochemical requirements.
They are mainly used for biochemical fermentation production, such as producing monosodium glutamate, citric acid, enzyme preparations, glycerol, pharmaceuticals, food, mother liquor fermentation, brewing, and fungal support.
Users can choose from three main types for cooling and heating: jacket type, inner coil tube type, and outer ring tube type.
The main body includes a polished inner liner for smooth inner walls, a glass asbestos insulation layer for temperature retention, and mechanical seals for the agitator and lid to ensure outstanding sealing performance.
The steam pressure must not exceed the nuclear rated working pressure. The intake valve should be opened slowly, safety valves must be adjusted according to steam pressure, and pressure changes must be monitored regularly during use.
After discontinuing use, you must drain any remaining water inside the jacket. Additionally, clean the inside of the tank thoroughly after each use to keep it clean.
