China Suppliers Factory External Heating Two Effect Vacuum Evaporator for Efficient Solution Concentration
Main principles
The mechanical steam re compression MVR evaporator utilizes the secondary steam generated in the evaporator. After being compressed by the compressor, the pressure and temperature increase, and the enthalpy increases. It is then sent to the heating chamber of the evaporator as heating steam to maintain the boiling state of the feed liquid, while the heating steam itself condenses into water. In this way, the steam that was originally to be discarded is fully utilized, recovering moisture and improving thermal efficiency. The economic efficiency of steam generation is equivalent to 30 times that of multi effect evaporation, reducing the demand for external heating and cooling resources, energy consumption, and pollution.
Main features
MVR energy-saving evaporator technology is currently one of the most advanced evaporator technologies internationally, which only requires a very small amount of steam (a small amount of steam is needed during startup, and steam is almost no longer needed during normal operation), greatly reducing enterprise operating costs and reducing environmental pollution.
Due to the use of a compressor to provide heat source, the temperature difference is much smaller compared to traditional evaporators, which can achieve mild evaporation, greatly improve product quality, and reduce scaling.
No condenser or only a small area of condenser is required, the structure and process are very simple, fully automatic operation, continuous operation, safe and reliable.
The equipment is equipped with CIP cleaning pipelines, which can achieve on-site cleaning. The entire equipment is easy to operate and has no dead corners.
The MVR evaporator is used to evaporate materials at low temperatures (evaporation temperature of 40 ℃ -100 ℃). The material liquid is uniform, does not run, is not prone to coking, and the heating denaturation of the material is small.
Frequently Asked Questions
Q
What is the core working principle of the MVR evaporator?
The MVR evaporator compresses the secondary steam generated within the system using a compressor. This increases its pressure, temperature, and enthalpy, allowing it to be recycled back to the heating chamber as a heat source to sustain the boiling process.
Q
How energy-efficient is MVR technology compared to traditional methods?
It is highly energy-efficient. The steam generation economic efficiency of MVR is equivalent to 30 times that of multi-effect evaporation. It only requires steam during startup and almost none during normal operations.
Q
Why does MVR technology help reduce scaling?
By utilizing a compressor to provide the heat source, the temperature difference is significantly smaller compared to traditional evaporators. This enables a milder evaporation process, which greatly reduces scale formation.
Q
Is manual cleaning required for the MVR system?
No, the equipment is designed with built-in CIP (Clean-in-Place) cleaning pipelines. This allows for automated on-site cleaning of the entire system, ensuring there are no dead corners.
Q
At what temperature range does the MVR evaporator operate?
The MVR evaporator operates at low temperatures, typically ranging from 40 ℃ to 100 ℃. This keeps the material liquid uniform, prevents coking, and minimizes thermal denaturation.
