Description

Spiral plate heat exchangers have the advantages of small volume, compact equipment, high heat transfer efficiency, and low metal consumption. They are suitable for dry liquid, gas liquid, and gas gas convection heat transfer, steam condensation and liquid evaporation heat transfer, as well as industries such as chemical, petroleum, pharmaceutical, mechanical, electrical, environmental, energy-saving, and requiring heat conversion.
Structure performance
- It is formed by rolling two plates, forming two uniform spiral channels. The two heat transfer media can perform full countercurrent flow, greatly enhancing the heat transfer effect. Even with two small temperature difference media, the ideal heat transfer effect can be achieved.
- The connecting pipe on the shell adopts a tangential structure with low local resistance. Due to the uniform curvature of the spiral channel, there is no significant turning of the liquid flow in the equipment, resulting in low overall resistance. Therefore, the design flow rate can be increased to have higher heat transfer capacity.
- The end face of the spiral channel of the Type I non detachable spiral plate heat exchanger is sealed by welding, thus having high sealing performance.
- The structural principle of Type II detachable spiral plate heat exchanger is basically the same as that of non detachable heat exchanger, but one of the channels can be disassembled for cleaning, making it particularly suitable for heat exchange with viscous and precipitated liquids.
- The structural principle of the Type III detachable spiral plate heat exchanger is basically the same as that of a non detachable heat exchanger, but its two channels can be disassembled for cleaning, making it suitable for a wide range of applications.
- When a single device cannot meet the usage requirements, multiple devices can be combined for use, but the combination must comply with the following regulations: parallel combination, series combination, and the spacing between devices and channels is the same. Hybrid combination: one channel in parallel and one channel in series.
