Fermentation Tank for Chemical Industry - High-Quality China Suppliers & Factory | Standard & Jacket Design

Introducing our high-quality fermentation tank, manufactured by our experienced factory in China. This standard tank design features a jacket system for volumes under 6M3, enabling efficient cooling or heating of fermentation gas. For tanks exceeding 6M3, we implement a vertical exhaust pipe for optimal gas cooling. As a leading supplier in the industry, we ensure our fermentation tanks meet the highest standards for performance and reliability. Trust our factory to deliver innovative solutions for your fermentation needs

Description

Advanced Tank Engineering

The fermentation tank designed by our factory is a standard tank type, which adopts a jacket type when the nominal volume is below 6M3. The cooling or heating of fermentation gas is completed by a jacket. When the nominal volume is above 6M3, the cooling of the fermentation gas is carried out by a vertical exhaust pipe.

We have made improvements in the connection of the exhaust pipes inside the tank. This mainly avoids opening more holes on the tank body and creating blind spots. This continuous method has achieved satisfactory results in practical use.

Equipment Classification & Design

The types of fermentation equipment tanks can be divided into two categories: one is the cone type for anaerobic fermentation (such as alcohol fermentation), and the other is the tank type for anaerobic fermentation (such as standard, Wu type, self suction type, etc.). This type of equipment is particularly commonly used in standard tank types.

The drawing materials of the fermentation tank series designed by our factory belong to the standard tank type. When designing fermentation equipment of various specifications, it is important to ensure a tight design structure, sufficient strength and service life, with minimal internal accessories and a smooth surface.

It is important to note that the equipment should have good gas to gas contact and gas to solid mixing performance, enabling effective material transfer and gas exchange. There is a heat exchange area that allows fermentation to take place at an appropriate temperature. Pay attention to the sealing performance of the equipment to ensure sterilization operations.

Frequently Asked Questions

How does the cooling and heating system work in your fermentation tanks?
For nominal volumes below 6M³, our fermentation tanks utilize a jacket type system for cooling or heating. For nominal volumes above 6M³, the cooling of the fermentation gas is managed through a vertical exhaust pipe.
What improvements have been made to avoid blind spots inside the tank?
We have optimized the connection of the exhaust pipes inside the tank. This design improvement avoids opening extra holes on the tank body, effectively eliminating blind spots.
What are the main categories of fermentation equipment tanks available?
The equipment is divided into two primary categories: cone type tanks designed for anaerobic fermentation (such as alcohol fermentation), and standard tank types designed for aerobic/anaerobic processes (including standard, Wu type, and self-suction type).
What key design standards are ensured during manufacturing?
Our designs guarantee a tight structural frame, sufficient strength, and long service life. We minimize internal accessories, maintain smooth surfaces, ensure excellent gas-to-gas and gas-to-solid mixing, optimize heat exchange areas, and secure tight sealing for sterilization operations.
What is the volume range and motor power configuration for these tanks?
We offer standard capacities ranging from 10 M³ (with a 17-22 KW motor) up to 200 M³ (with a 215-360 KW motor) to accommodate various industrial scale requirements.
