Fermentation Tanks for Chemical Industry - Standard Designs by China Suppliers and Factory

Our factory in China specializes in the production of high-quality fermentation tanks designed for optimal performance. These standard tank types use a jacket cooling system for nominal volumes below 6M3, ensuring efficient temperature control throughout the fermentation process. For larger capacities exceeding 6M3, our innovative design incorporates a vertical exhaust pipe for effective cooling of fermentation gases. As trusted suppliers in the industry, we are committed to delivering reliable and advanced fermentation solutions tailored to meet your production needs

Description

The fermentation tank designed by our factory is a standard tank type, which adopts a jacket type when the nominal volume is below 6M³. The cooling or heating of fermentation gas is completed by a jacket. When the nominal volume is above 6M³, the cooling of the fermentation gas is carried out by a vertical exhaust pipe.

Technical Innovation: We have made improvements in the connection of the exhaust pipes inside the tank. This mainly avoids opening more holes on the tank body and creating blind spots. This continuous method has achieved satisfactory results in practical use.

The types of fermentation equipment tanks can be divided into two categories: one is the cone type for anaerobic fermentation (such as alcohol fermentation), and the other is the tank type for anaerobic fermentation (such as standard, Wu type, self suction type, etc.). This type of equipment is particularly commonly used in standard tank types.

The drawing materials of the fermentation tank series designed by our factory belong to the standard tank type. When designing fermentation equipment of various specifications, it is important to ensure a tight design structure, sufficient strength and service life, with minimal internal accessories and a smooth surface. It is important to note that the equipment should have good gas to gas contact and gas to solid mixing performance, enabling effective material transfer and gas exchange. There is a heat exchange area that allows fermentation to take place at an appropriate temperature. Pay attention to the sealing performance of the equipment to ensure sterilization operations.

Frequently Asked Questions

What cooling methods are used for different fermentation tank volumes?
For nominal volumes below 6M³, a jacket type cooling/heating system is adopted. For nominal volumes above 6M³, cooling is completed using an integrated vertical exhaust pipe.
What design improvements have been made to avoid blind spots inside the tank?
We have optimized the connection of the internal exhaust pipes. This eliminates the need to open extra holes on the tank body, effectively preventing the formation of blind spots.
What are the primary categories of fermentation equipment tanks?
They are categorized into cone types for anaerobic fermentation (like alcohol fermentation) and standard tank types for anaerobic/aerobic applications (including standard, Wu, and self-suction types).
What design specifications ensure the longevity and performance of the tanks?
Our designs focus on a tight structure, sufficient strength, extended service life, minimal internal accessories, and smooth surface finishes to prevent material accumulation.
How do these tanks maintain efficient material transfer and sterilization?
The tanks feature optimized gas-to-gas and gas-to-solid mixing performance for effective material transfer. Strict sealing designs are implemented to guarantee secure and complete sterilization operations.
