Masu musayar zafi na farantin karkace suna da fa'idodin ƙaramin girma, kayan aiki masu ƙanƙanta, ingantaccen canja wurin zafi mai yawa, da ƙarancin amfani da ƙarfe. Sun dace da canja wurin zafi na ruwa mai busasshe, ruwan iskar gas, da iskar gas mai ɗauke da zafi, da kuma tura tururi da kuma fitar da zafi daga ruwa, da kuma masana'antu kamar sinadarai, man fetur, magunguna, injina, lantarki, muhalli, da kuma adana makamashi, da kuma buƙatar canza zafi.

5. Ka'idar tsarin na'urar musayar zafi ta farantin karkace mai cirewa ta nau'i na III iri ɗaya ce da ta na'urar musayar zafi mara cirewa, amma ana iya raba hanyoyinta guda biyu don tsaftacewa, wanda hakan ya sa ya dace da amfani iri-iri.
6. Idan na'ura ɗaya ba za ta iya biyan buƙatun amfani ba, ana iya haɗa na'urori da yawa don amfani, amma haɗin dole ne ya bi ƙa'idodi masu zuwa: haɗin layi ɗaya, haɗin layi ɗaya, da tazara tsakanin na'urori da tashoshi iri ɗaya ne. Haɗin haɗin kai: tasha ɗaya a layi ɗaya da tasha ɗaya a jere.
