Structure
The high-speed dispersion kettle includes a kettle body, a stirring bracket, and a cleaning part. The stirring bracket is set on the upper side of the kettle body and is rotatably connected to the kettle body. The cleaning part is set on the outer side of the stirring bracket and is detachably connected to the stirring bracket;
The cleaning parts include a cleaning roller and a card joint. The cleaning roller is rotatably connected to the card joint, and the cleaning roller is set on the side of the card joint near the kettle body. The card joint is disassembled and connected to the stirring bracket. The cleaning roller is used to cooperate with the card joint, and the card joint drives the cleaning roller to rotate, thereby achieving automatic cleaning of the interior of the kettle body and effectively improving the cleaning efficiency of the dispersed kettle
Working principle
Through the high-speed operation of the dispersion plate, the material is made to flow in a circular pattern, generating strong vortices that spiral down to the bottom of the vortex. Strong shear impact and friction occur between particles, achieving the functions of rapid dispersion, dissolution, uniform mixing, and emulsification.
