Working principle

The material is stirred through the center of the upper part of the emulsification pot, and the PTFE scraper always conforms to the shape of the stirring pot, sweeping away the hanging wall adhesive material, continuously creating new interfaces for the scraped material. Then, it is cut, compressed, and folded by the blades and rotating blades, stirred, mixed, and flows downwards to the homogenizer below the pot. The material is then subjected to strong cutting, impact, and other forces generated by the high-speed rotating cutting wheel and the fixed cutting sleeve During turbulent flow and other processes, the material is cut in the shear joint and quickly crushed into 200nm-2um particles. Due to the vacuum state in the emulsification tank, the bubbles generated during the mixing process of the material are promptly removed. By adopting a vacuum pumping method, the produced products are no longer mixed with bubbles during the mixing process, ensuring the production of high-quality products with luster, delicacy, and good ductility.
